New topics each session cover garden basics such as design, sustainability, pollinators and wildlife, plant selection for our area, and maintenance. The instructor is an avid gardener and shares tips from practical experience that will work in your own yard.

Teri's desire is to bring to as many as possible the joy and satisfaction of creating their own objects of art in beautiful color. She instructs students in proper stroke technique to create beautiful, functional items for the home and garden, as well as gifts and items to sell at local fairs and boutiques. Surfaces include canvas, porcelain, wood, metal, glass, and fabrics such as silk, microfiber, cotton canvas, and water color paper. Teri's website is www.strokeandstitchart.com. Beverages provided. Please bring your own lunch. All materials will be supplied. Students will leave with three beautifully etched projects and a worksheet packet with instructions. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a protective shirt or apron and something in which to carry your beautiful finished work.
