Instructor: Teri Richards, Multi One-stroke Certified Art Instructor

 

Teri's desire is to bring to as many as possible the joy and satisfaction of creating their own objects of art in beautiful color. She instructs students in proper stroke technique to create beautiful, functional items for the home and garden, as well as gifts and items to sell at local fairs and boutiques. Surfaces include canvas, porcelain, wood, metal, glass, and fabrics such as silk, microfiber, cotton canvas, and water color paper. Teri's website is www.strokeandstitchart.com. SUPPLIES LIST FOR ONE STROKE ART CLASS

  • We use only "One Stroke" Enamel, Acrylic, or W' Oils brushes in our classes.
  • All brushes, pallets, water basins, and mediums may be purchased at a reduced rate at class.
  • Bring a tote or small rolling cart to carry your supplies and finished works of art. Paint bottles may be purchased from instructor at instructor's cost to take home. Class paints are supplied.  
  • Bring a ruler, painter's tape, a chalk pencil (General's), small scissors, pencil sharpener, graphite paper, apron or painting shirt, a pen or pencil, and a small screw top container OR small bottle of rubbing alcohol.
