Picnic with paid Garden admission
Bring your family for a picnic at the Garden and explore the El Rincon California Native Plants Garden, which embraces the Garden’s mission to present a model for sustainability by featuring water wise and wildlife friendly California native plants suited to dry sun and dry shade as well as plants adapted to the California wet meadow and shrubs suitable for a living fence. These zones are each represented in this inviting landscape. Join us at 2:00 pm for a tour led by the garden designer. A self-guided tour and information sheet will also be available. Please visit the Gift Shop for more information. Picnics are not provided, but feel free to bring your own. The Upper Meadow will be open for picnicking.
