Fork-tailed Bush Katydid
Scientific Name:
Scudderia mexicana
This leaf mimic is common in late summer and fall on vegetation and may be attracted to lights during warm summer evenings. The nymphs are very commonly found feeding on flowers as are the adults. Photos by Laurel Woodley
