Belladonna Lily

Amaryllis belladonna is a large bulb that does best in full sun but will tolerate partial shade.  During mid to late summer the bulbs produce scented, trumpet-shaped pink to white flowers on a long stem.  This has led to the common name of Naked Ladies as the foliage appears much later producing strap-shaped leaves that last into the winter and early spring.
